Why Am I Not Receiving Confirmation Emails?

What happens If I don't receive my package
If you don’t receive your package within 48 hours after the expected arrival date, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not be held liable lost orders due to: mistakes by the postal office, wrong address/unit # given by customer or stolen packages after delivery.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes! At 420 Kush Farms, we offer worldwide shipping services. However delivery may be prolonged in some remote areas.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Shipping duration varies greatly with location, weather and quantity ordered. On average, domestic delivery (USA & Canada) takes between 2-4 business days with a 24 hours order processing time. International deliveries take a maximum of 10 days. In extraordinary cases where there is a delay, we will always keep you updated.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Our current payment methods include: Bitcoins, Western Union, Money Gram, CashApp, Zelle and Ria. In an effort to facilitate the payment procedure for your weed order, we don’t currently accept PayPal and Credit Card payments.

What happens if my order is damaged?
Please contact us immediately we will deliver another one. We have a 7 days reship window if your package arrives with a broken seal or lower quality.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Once orders are placed, you are unable to edit orders yourselves. If you wish to add or to change some items, you will need to create a new order and request the old order to be cancelled. Alternatively, your old order will cancel itself after 72 hours.
What if my product has quality issues?

If you feel you have received a product that is not up to quality standards please provide the following details: The order number that the product was received in, the name of the product, details outlining the product quality issue *Please ensure to include photos or a video of the product Once we have these details, we will do our best to resolve any product quality issues with you as fast as possible.
